Fizzl's x402 services ยท last updated 14 October 2026
In short: you pay per call, in stablecoins, and get an answer. The answers help you judge a payment, a seller or a signature; they don't guarantee anything, and they are not financial or legal advice. Payments on a blockchain can't be reversed. You stay responsible for your wallets, your agents and what they pay.
1. Who we are
x402 Doctor, presign-guard, Ichimoku Signal and PlainText are offered by Frits Zwager, trading as Fizzl, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: Fizzl13@protonmail.com. The Fizzl Agent Wallet has its own terms.
2. What the services are, and aren't
- Information, not a guarantee. A go, green or pass means our checks found no problem at that moment. They can miss new threats, sellers can change, and data sources can be wrong. A no_go or red means: don't, unless you know better.
- Not financial, investment or legal advice. Ichimoku Signal describes markets; it doesn't tell you what to buy or sell. The sanctions screens are a tool, not a compliance program.
- Not a wallet or custodian. We never ask for, see or hold your keys or your funds. Your agent signs and pays itself.
3. Paying
- Paid calls are priced in the HTTP 402 answer (x402 or MPP) before you pay, in USDC or RLUSD on the networks it lists. Network fees are yours.
- A request we refuse as invalid, or a call that fails on our side, is not charged.
- Blockchain payments can't be reversed by us or anyone else. Payments sent outside the payment flow, to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in the wrong token can't be recovered by us.
- Credit packs are prepaid calls, valid for one year from purchase. Unused credits are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Prices can change; the price in the 402 answer at the time of the call is the one that applies.
4. Right of withdrawal
Each paid call is a digital service delivered right away at your request. By paying, you agree that it is performed immediately, and the right of withdrawal ends once the answer is delivered. For a credit pack, consumers in the EU can withdraw within 14 days of purchase; we refund the unused credits, pro rata, in the same token to the address you paid from. Write to Fizzl13@protonmail.com with the transaction.
5. Delivery checks
When you order a delivery check (x402 Doctor), we buy the endpoint you name once, with our own wallet and at most $0.10, and publish the outcome with the URL. We don't control the seller: if it doesn't deliver, that is the result, not a fault of the check.
6. Open data
The Trust Index, the spot-buy and delivery-check results, and the sanctions list (/v1/sanctions) are free to use, as they are, without any warranty. A mention of the source is appreciated. The sanctions list is a copy of the US Treasury's OFAC SDN digital currency addresses; check the official list for anything that matters legally.
7. Fair use
Don't use the services for anything illegal, such as fraud, money laundering or evading sanctions, or to attack or overload them or get around their rate limits. We may block traffic that does, without notice where needed to keep the services running.
8. Availability
We do our best to keep the services running, but don't guarantee they are always available or free of errors. We may change, improve or stop features or routes. Facilitators, blockchains and data sources we depend on can fail too.
9. Liability
The services help lower the risk of paying and signing; they don't remove it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of funds you or your agent sent, or for decisions made on our answers. Our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the calls concerned. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
10. Law
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here at the time of your call; the date at the top shows it. See also the privacy statement.
